摘  要

随着计算机科学的迅速发展，计算机应用领域的不断扩大，许多性能好，功能齐全，应用面广，兼容性强的应用软件相应推出，可见计算机已经得到了广泛的应用，几乎各行各业都有关于计算机的使用，这使得计算机已成为社会中普遍存在的事物。由于计算机的使用，使得人们在于管理、应用及服务等各个领域使用数据方面变得更加简洁，更加方便，大大提高了工作效率，产生了以计算机为主体，以人为辅助的局面。在企业管理，办公自动化等方面得到了普遍应用。受到用户的广泛欢迎。

在此，本书设计的学生公寓管理系统就是为了方便公寓管理人员在数据方面的管理，结合当今各学校的舍务管理，为了能全面、准确、有效地管理学生公寓的各种信息而开发与研制的一个系统应用软件。其主要功能是快速适应现代化会务管理水平和解决工作人员繁重而冗长的工作量。使得他们在学生公寓的各方面都会达到事半功倍的效果，减轻了人力的负担，方便了数据的存储，增加了安全性。

本文是严格按照软件工程的原理、对学生公寓管理系统的系统需求，系统分析，系统设计，数据库设计以及系统测试作了详细的阐述，同时在此论文中读者还可以对开发工具Delphi的一些知识有所了解 ，并且可以看到在Delphi环境下学生公寓管理系统的系统具体实现的设计界面。本文还对系统的功能模块作了系统的介绍,以便让用户能够较轻松地了解并使用本系统
